Discover Castle Mountain Resort

Southern Alberta, Canada

Castle Mountain Resort is Alberta, Canada’s most authentic mountain experience. We are independent and community owned, run by skiers, for skiers, and driven by adrenalin over profit. Enjoy the longest fall line in Canada in the beautiful Westcastle valley of the Southern Alberta Rockies, with a variety of challenging chutes and bowls on offer. And with more than 350 inches of annual snowfall, in fact the most snow in Alberta, you will be gasping for air as you drop in and out of powder. Looking for a thrill of a lifetime? Our resort-based Powder Stagecoach Cat Skiing operation unlocks 900 additional acres of untouched terrain for your pleasure.

Castle Accommodation

We have several partners that offer friendly and comfortable accommodation options. Most are ski-in & ski-out which gives you more time on the slopes!

Great skiing - amazing terrain with amazing snow. Tons of options of areas to ski. A great mix of beginner to expert terrains. The chutes are amazing for advanced skiers. Cool little pub, and good accommodation options make this my favorite Hill in the Canadian Rockies. If you are super lucky, you can even get a hug in the lift line.
