Mountain High is Southern California’s closest winter resort located just an hour and a half from downtown Los Angeles with NO mountain driving. The area consists of three separate mountains (East, West, and North) offering a wide variety of lifts and trails, world-class terrain features, an outstanding Winter Sports School, and the region’s largest tubing area. Night skiing & snowboarding is available most nights and snowmaking covers more than 80% of the slopes. Open mid-November to mid-April depending on the weather. Mountain High consists of three (3) separate resorts. Your single lift ticket is good at all three areas and there are free shuttles waiting to take you between East & West.

Dining At Mountain High

Mountain High offers everything from grab-n-go dishes at the Big Pines base lodge to sit-down dining at the Grand View Bistro, located at 8,200' at the top of the East Resort.

Mountain High does not offer lodging at the resort however there are a number of motels and cabin rentals in the nearby town of Wrightwood.
